Lindsey Peters had been an employee for a Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs franchisee for 11 years before deciding to become a franchisee herself.

To make it work you have to put the effort in. You need to be up to date with the paperwork, take the phone calls, pay the bills, do your accounts and all of the business marketing and promotion.
It is so important to always cherish your customers and go out of your way to help them. Putting in all the hard work is really so rewarding. You need to have a real passion for what you do. You only get out what you put in and you need to work hard to be better than, and different to, your competitors.
The franchise has given me more security, the ability to put my daughter through university and I've just bought a beautiful new car. I absolutely love what I do with a passion and franchising has made it possible!
