As a franchisee you will be providing your services to a whole range of industries and we provide you with the tools to help you generate business in your territory. In tandem with this we manage lead generation on a national basis which we pass directly though to you in your protected territory. Whilst you are operating out in the field on a daily basis, you’ll operate your business administration and marketing from home which means you have no large overheads, we just ask that you have an area set up as an office with a PC to store your customer database and accounts package.
Before you begin trading we work with you very closely to organise everything you need so you get off to a flying start. This ranges from a dedicated phone line, mobile phone, company vehicle with livery (we have a nominated supplier with discounts in place), two birds, bird housing, weatherings and supplies, a pest control kit, clothing, stationery and marketing literature right through to helping you with VAT registration and insurance. We also provide you with a manual to help you as a point of reference at any time.

Training & Support

You will be given 4 weeks comprehensive training mainly based at our head office in Attleborough in Norfolk with usually just one or two other new franchisee’s to ensure you receive the personal attention needed. Our in-house training covers all aspects of the business such as sales and marketing, IT, health & safety, operations, technical & HR. Our centralised accounts department invoices your customers on your behalf and carries out credit control which saves on your paperwork and more importantly time to allow you to focus on running your business.
You will receive practical training out in the field which includes falconry and working with birds of prey, surveying, using proofing materials and installation , airgun use and finally, on the safe use of pesticides & herbicides.


It doesn’t stop there, as ongoing guidance is imperative to the success and growth of your business. So when you start trading we provide ongoing training and support in all of these areas to help you develop your franchise, whether it is from what type of proofing to apply to a listed building for example or taking on staff to help support your business growth.
We will give you the guidance you need using our knowledge and experience and that of all the other franchisee’s as we all come from exactly where you are now.

Financial Information

With a total investment of £32,000, covering the comprehensive training and support programme, everything you need to get your business up and running including working capital, the investment can develop quickly into a highly profitable business for you.
