An exceptional 2007 for Chemex

posted on 26-Nov-2007

One of the country’s most well established franchises, Chemex, has enjoyed an exceptionally good year. The emphasis is on growth and expansion and these are exciting times for the company.

After tenure early last year Chemex can report that 73% of the franchisees in the network are reporting growth, a high percentage of franchisees have had record months, and the newest member of the network, Christopher Lunn has proven to have the most successful start up since the company was established 22 years ago.

The West-Midlands-based company has also welcomed eight new members to the support team; a new franchisee support manager, finance controller, credit controller, franchisee recruitment manager, 2 new members to the customer service team, a national accounts manager and a marketing assistant.

Chemex franchisee Stephen Crinks alongside his wife Margaret were nominated for the bfa Franchisee of the Year.

This month Chemex launched its new dedicated franchise website www.chemexfranchises.co.uk to enable prospective franchisees to access more information about its franchise. The main website at www.chemex.org.uk continues to host information about products and services that its franchisees offer across the UK and beyond.

The company is confident that the new website provides business-minded individuals with the right information to make an informed choice about whether a Chemex franchise is right for them.

Chemex COO, Nick Stojic states "As a Franchisor we have a major commitment to working with all franchisees and their teams. As the business continues to grow and prosper under new stewardship we are confident that the relationships strengthen even further and that  profits soar.''

The company is expecting this trend to continue throughout 2008 and beyond.
