Chester: September 2007. Against the fascinating background of the English city famous world-wide for its Roman walls, still intact and surrounding the city, Olio & Farina has opened a 150 sq. m. shop in Bridge Street fully devoted to the sale and distribution of the best hand-made food products.

The shop is open from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6.00 pm and is managed by Belinda and Richard Diamond, who are both great fans and experts of food and cuisine.
After successfully opening shops in Ireland where the company operates three stores with a fourth about to open its doors, Olio & Farina, an Italian company specialist in the search for and selection and sale of top quality Italian food, returns to England to open a second store.
The Olio&Farina Café in Chester will be inaugurated and officially presented to the press on Thursday 27th September. Special guest will be Paolo Parisi who, in addition to dealing with the selection of products on behalf of Olio & Farina, is also a traditional expert and a valued breeder. On the 27th occasion, Parisi will provide exceptional products for tasting, including his famous beef from Siena, obtained from cattle reared with extensive grazing in the 150 ha. In addition other complimentary products with the same provenance including cured meat and cheese, olive oil from Liguria and balsamic vinegar from Modena and the rich wine selection will be available. Each product is the result of careful selections in every Italian region, in search of small producers who do not relinquish the high quality of their end products for the sake of mass production.

Our product and Brand is endorsed by Ursula Ferrigno, Celebrity Writer and Chef who is a customer of ours and uses our products for Events and Exhibitions.
