Framework to succeed

Duncan Vaughan, a Partner with Pannone and Head of its Franchise Law team commented, “We are exited at the prospect of advising franchisors and franchisees alike and delighted to become members of the BFA, an organisation recognised for its integrity and professionalism in advising and regulating the franchise industry. It is absolutely crucial that franchisors have contracts and agreements in-place that franchisees are able to understand and work within to the potential profitability of all concerned. It is our job to provide the legal framework that helps everyone to succeed.”
