Prontaprint Short-Listed for a Host of Industry Awards

Prontaprint, Europe’s leading design and print-on-demand specialist, is in the running to scoop the prestigious Franchisor of the Year title at this year’s British Franchise Association awards.

 

The nomination follows hot on the heels of Prontaprint’s short-listing for a trio of Franchise Marketing Awards which are held in recognition of the industry’s most innovative and effective marketing campaigns for products, services and franchisee recruitment.

 

Prontaprint has been named as a finalist in the Best Brand Management, Best Website and Best Franchisee Marketing Support categories following the successful implementation of its distinctive new brand identity.

 

Prontaprint, which was also recognised as a Business Superbrand for the sixth consecutive year last month, will face competition from seven other franchisors including Autosmart International Ltd, Oscar Pet Foods and Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Clubs, in the race to become Britain’s Franchisor of the Year – an award designed to reward Britain’s best performing franchisor for its efforts to build and maintain a strong and successful network by adapting to a changing marketplace.

 

The 2008 British Franchisor of the Year finalists have all been selected in accordance with this year’s award theme ‘Then and Now…Five Years On’, in order to acknowledge the recent growth and development of some of the country’s leading franchisors. Prontaprint’s rigorous overhaul of its visual identity with a £3m brand repositioning programme as well as its development of enhanced business services and operating standards since 2003 set the Franchisor in good stead to take this year’s title.

The winner of the British Franchisor of the Year award will be revealed at a gala award ceremony in London on 22nd May and the winners of the Franchise Marketing Awards will be announced on 4th April.
